At Flowers Studio, we take pride in delivering fresh flowers, thoughtful gift baskets, and beautiful event decorations. Our goal is to make every moment memorable for our customers.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Fresh Flowers & Bouquets
- As fresh flowers are perishable products, we do not offer refunds or returns once they are delivered.
- However, if your bouquet arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, you may contact us within 2–3 hours of delivery.
- We require clear photos of the received product for verification.
- If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
2. Gift Baskets & Non-Perishable Items
- For gift baskets and other non-perishable products, you may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
- Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a replacement will be arranged.
3. Event Decoration Services
- For booked decoration services, you may cancel your order at least 1 day before the scheduled event for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, as materials and arrangements are already prepared.
4. Delivery Coverage
- Currently, flowers and decorations are delivered only within Faisalabad.
- Gift baskets and other non-perishable products may be available for nationwide delivery (depending on the product).
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability.
5. Refund Method
- All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
